Personal Training

All Personal Training is with our very effective Dougie Flockhart.  It is undertaken in our on-site rehabilitation studio and is on a one to one basis.  Following an in-depth biomechanical analysis, Dougie will tailor a training program to address any issues raised or muscle imbalances determined from the assessment.  Known for his enthusiasm and ability to motivate, clients report that no two sessions are the same and they are very satisfied with the results.

So whether you are looking for motivation, to lose weight, tone up or train for a specific event, Dougie will help you achieve your goals in an enjoyable setting.

Prices

Personal Training / Rehabilitation

All sessions are preceded by a biomechanical assessment which lasts 30 minutes and is free of charge.  This allows the trainer to get an overview of your requirements, and assess your strengths and weaknesses.  From this he will plan a training program for you focussing on your goals and the areas highlighted for conditioning.  Sessions are usually purchased in blocks of five as this is the minimum needed to see results.  There is no minimum or maximum number of sessions; you may wish to come twice a week or once a month as part of a maintenance program.   

Biomechanical assessment  - FREE when you book and pay for a course of five sessions.

5 x PT sessions (1 hour) - £150
PT session (1 hour) - £30

Massage

30 minutes - £20
45 minutes - £25
